I don't know if my sim instructor was pulling my leg today, but he said the FAA had done a study of cockpit voice recorders after crashes/ejections, and the most common last phrase on them was, "Oh shit!"

I can't imagine what must have happened to make doing a 180 after takeoff at 150' the best choice..

It's like those plastic, collapsable barrel highway barricades...except filled with shit. I think every airport should implement such safety features. Just keep them packed full of excrement so people don't start bouncing off of them for fun.
