How to: Army Active Duty Enlisted to Navy OCS

The DD368 is up and I now have the backing of my new CoC. Army regulation 635-200, paragraph 1-19 specifically states "Under chapter 16, the signing authority is a Lieutenant Colonel or above with General Courts Martial Convening Authority" which roughly translates to "Battalion Commander or higher if needed". I also got a letter of recommendation from my old Brigade commander (now a BG) so things should be good!

I will gladly help any other Army guys who are trying to cross over into the blue, just ask as I check the site about once a week.

If I make NFO, look for a guy who kinda looks like an ape (hence the nickname) at VP-30 kissing a P-3 (my father flew them) and say hello. It'll be good for a free beer. God Bless!

Thanks, hopefully I can bring my Airborne Infantry experience to the NFO community but I'll take whatever the Navy gives me and be *ecstatic*. If selected NFO I'll try my hardest to get P-3's before those lovely birds go away. It's just been a rough year but the end goal will be more than worth it.
