We used America's Top Realty/ Sheri Henry (850) 934-4449 or 516-0953. She was pretty aggressive, followed up well and was easy to work with from out of state.

They took over from beumer on the first place I lived. They were very professional.
 
Rebuilding America...have some pretty nice rentals one right down by NAS on the water that would be awesome for a NFO.
 
I'm looking at home rentals... Does anyone else have any more input on the following offices:

Easy to deal with? Prompt responses? Didn't try to steal your deposit (i.e. Beumer apparently)???
 
Use TOPGUN Realty...Run by a USMC Major and is very military friendly...very helpful. If they don't have a place for you they will point you in the right direction. If you are interested I have a lot more information and a phone number, just PM me.
