IM 18,I am planning to enlist at the USN this Feb. and get a **** scholarship for a Bachelors degree in Aviation and go to OCS after.......does this sound like a good plan or is there other way to become an NFO ASAP?

There is no reason to enlist. Stay in school enjoy your youth and then apply for OCS.

If your goal is to be an Officer & NFO... DO NOT ENLIST.
Go to college. There are ways to pay for it. Check out NROTC.
If you go to a state school, you can get your degree without getting too far into debt. If you have a Technical Major, you can get BDCP for your last 3 years. Search for BDCP.
