Out of curiosity, what has your trainer got you doing to get in shape? You got a routine?

We change it up everytime we meet. Lots of situps, curlups, pull ups, sprints, etc. The gym has a track in it so it really helps with the run. I would advise getting with a trainer atleast once or twice so he can help you tune your work out for maximum results.
