I don't know if it buried somewhere in the forum but I don't think I have come across any post about being an IA. I have heard some instructors at School's Command mention their time as an IA but they didn't go too much into what they actually did. Mainly I was wondering what kind of things IAs would do, if they look favorable for promotions, and if they are even common anymore?
