I believe that it is extremely naive to think that we can actually make the terrorists and a large part of the Islamic community hate us any less.
Do we really think that not burning a quran will somehow bring them to see the truth and stop trying to kill us? We have freedoms in this country that many places around the world don't have. If they choose to express it by burning the islamic holy book, more power to them. You think anyone would die if they burned a bible? Of course not. This is a perfect example of their twisted, hypocritical religion...or at least the extreme parts.

There seems to be some rage in Afghanistan over the killings of those civilians by our drunk soldier. The rest of the Muslim world doesn't seem too concerned. I mean, it isn't like he killed those people AND burned their Korans - that would have been unforgivable.
