Do you have an Ipod? If so, you can download "Music Rescue" onto your mac. Plug your ipod into the mac and it lets you choice any or all of your songs off your ipod to put on your computer. Very handy program. Might be a bit easier than going back and forth with a flash drive.

I've done it (I like MAC laptops for travel). With that many songs, I strongly suggest getting both computers on a 54g or better wireless network (easiest way to link windows - OS X), but here is the gouge for that:
