Is it true that the Marines have a quota to reach for female officers?

I thought Academy guys who wanted Marines still had to go through an abbreviated OCS, though.

Is that to beat the gayness out of them to avoid violating "don't ask don't tell?"

I'm sure there are a whooooole lot of Academy guys who want Marines. We are very sexy, afterall. But we have a limited number of OCS slots for them to be able to be around Marines. Perhaps these horney, sex-deprived folks could just go to the bars surrounding Marine bases and look for guys with silly haircuts. That would really simplify the problem.
