I don't know if it is the highlight of her bio, I just thought I'd throw it out there as food for thought. To a laymen like me, it sounds like she would have been a skilled pilot, but I don't know how that works out while in the fleet.

Getting good grades in Primary is like getting gold stickers in Kindergarten. Plenty of room to attrite later on down the pipeline.

Not to downplay Primary. I suck here, I sucked there too. But it gets harder.

This makes me curious, but does anyone ever do so-so or more lousy say while in training but then do stellar while in the fleet later on?
