It looks like things are fairly steady going back several years 2018/2019/2020/2021 now of course this this doesn't say that fully qualified mids filled those spots, but the numbers are steady at least meaning they filled them somehow.

Are those percentages accepted?? They can't be total numbers commissioned because we've seen different in the dashboards right?

According to my brother who is at the academy, they generally want Mids to only go to unrestricted positions. Only those that end up having a medical reason barring them from going unrestricted line are allowed to go restricted. I'm sure there are some exceptions of course.

That was my understanding as well, however the numbers remain fairly constant so it seems maybe there is some quota with priority to not qual'd for URL as the chances of the same percent going to IWC is very coincidental
