I dont see anything on it that actually specifies the date/revision

Not sure. All I know is that it said this one goes into effect "01 Dec 2020." The one I'm posting now says it goes into effect "01 Nov 2020." I'm assuming the one I'm posting on this reply is older, and the one I previously posted was the newer (or possibly newest) revision. I wish I could give a concrete answer, just my speculation though.
