That is a decent selection rate, in the years past 50-60% was average, as low as 25 and as high as 75

NFO selection was a little bit higher than SNA.

I was selected for SNA and NFO, but there was a note saying that although my processor thought I met the age requirements for pilot, I didn't. So, NFO it is. So they held a 2nd board? Okay, so for those of us who didn't make the initial 15Jul13 board we would have had to wait 6 months to resubmit (active duty at least). If this 2nd board for the additional 70 is true then this is awesome! We're getting 2 shots at once.

They held the board last week and are not going to release any of the SWO results until the meet the quota that is set for this cycle of the 15Jul board. My CO called me a little while ago to tell me that I was NS for SNA and that they started the SWO board again today. Hopefully something good will come out of it.
