Rabid I was also pushed out to August 9th. I wonder what is going on..
Supposedly budget cuts and an influx of applicants is pushing people back. I guess that nukes and CEC are the only undermanned fields. I've also heard that two OCS classes were canceled.
Whether or not these rumors are true has yet to be seen. But unfortunately, people (like you) are getting pushed back, so there must be some truth.
