There is much talk of limes on AirWarriors. Cutting, squeezing, using for adult beverages.
What variety of limes do you grow/squeeze/use?
Persian Lime: The commmon lime that most use.
Key Lime: Small lime, aka Mexican Lime. More flavorful.
Kaffir Lime: Grows in SW Asia, and has a thick rind, and a strong flavor
Australlian Lime: AkA "Finger" limes. Never tries, but told to be good.
I have a Key lime bush that is in prodcution, and a Aussie that has not beared fruit yet. My lime bush only provides about 1/6th of my production, so I buy commercial limes, Key over Persian when I can get it. Kaffirs are hard to find on the East Coast, but I have seen them in SanDog.
I also have a "Myers Lemon" which is a lemon/orange hybrid. Lemon tase, but not bitter.
