This is what I think about when I hear someone save "Nova" or more specifically "NOVA!!"

My wife and I just moved from Old Town Alexandria to the Del Ray neighborhood and I would suggest looking there. It is very close to the Braddock Rd Metro stop and within walking distance from Old Town, but you can still have a place with a backyard and a little privacy. In Old Town you'd pay an arm and a leg for what you get in here. The Del Ray neighborhood feels very much like Carlsbad, CA in terms of the layout and types of homes, and has the best Mexican restaurant in the area (taqueria poblano). In terms of commute times, the navy yard/Capitol hill are both a 15 minute drive during rush hour and the Pentagon would be about 10 minutes. I do know many guys who bike to work regularly from the area and the Pentagon is a 20 minute ride and the Navy Yard/Capitol Hill are about 25-30 minutes.

No, I'm not. However, I really have no room to talk anymore. I got done a workout and came home and whipped up some fish & green beans. I've found myself eating ALOT healthier in my old age than I did when I was a young whipper-snapper in P-Cola.
Spice Girl? I wouldn't stoop so low. My girlfriend is a immunotherapy research scientist... and yeah... she's smarter than I am. (Which isn't hard)
