Hey everybody,
I have a few questions regarding how things work logistically for families beginning with the OCS process and into the SNA training pipeline. I'd appreciate you experienced/knowledgeable people sharing some insight.
1. Do we get 30 days between detaching our commands and reporting to OCS?
2. How does BAH work for us? Do we receive E-5 BAH regardless, or as a PO1 would I keep E-6 BAH? On the same general topic, if we are in military housing at our current command, would our families be able to continue staying in mil housing?
3. At what point after OCS will families be able to join the SNAs?
4. Are we given time after OCS grad before reporting to Pensacola? Or do we head their immediately?
Thanks in advance for your answers.
