Have your officer recruiter hook you up with an OHARP (recent OCS grad) to give you tips and ask face to face questions.

Thanks for the info. Still planning to get all white but find racer backs fit better, work better for me on HIIT and running.

Hi! I graduated this winter. I did Crossfit for about 6 months before leaving as well as the USNA 100 pushup program. Pushups are where females seemed to struggle the most at OCS.
