I'll say for the international phone service, Verizon's "Unlimited Ultimate" is great for international. Unlimited calls/texts in US/Japan and 10GB of high speed data a month. I use it traveling extensively in Asia and it's great. T-Mobile used to be the only one with this type of plan but Verizon having it has been a game changer for me.
