Looking for Housing at NAS Pensacola

I will be graduating OCS on Sept. 21 and stashing in Pensacola until I get to IFS and API for SNFO. Can anyone tell me where to start to look for a nice apartment that is affordable with our BAH? I have been told to start looking by the back gate and out by Cordova Mall. Any suggestions?
 
Check out Fairfield Lakes. I live here now and I think its pretty nice. It's on Highway 98 near Fairfield road. There seems to be a large military population and a lot of those people are in some stage of flight training. Here is their website: http://www.fairfieldlakes.com/

I'm actually moving out of my apartment in King's Mill off of Davis hwy and my roommate is staying (he's in helos up at Whiting) and I know he's looking for a roommate. I'll be out by Sept 9th. Rent's $465 + utilities...usually pay about 575 a month total. PM if interested.
 
$300~ per month, no joke...

I have a open room available at that is just 4 minutes from the back gate from NAS Pensacola. The apartment is called "Stodder Place." It's pretty new and the room has a wood floor. The rent total (split between people) is $750, so that means that you only pay $250 a month. Utilities run about $100 (again split between three people) which include power, cable, and internet (water and trash is free). I am currently in A-Pool and the other roommate is a local.
In summary, this is what a typical monthly cost for will be:

-Rent: $250
-Power: $20-$30
-Internet: $10
-Cable: $15
Total: $295-$315

I'm closing on my house in Pensacola (Olive Rd. off of Scenic Hwy.) on September 28th and am looking for a roommate. It's a 3 bedroom house in a nice neighborhood and conveniently between Whiting and NAS Pensacola. I'll be starting API September 7th, and then going to Whiting. Let me know if you're interested.
