I talked to my recruiter's secretary this morning. She said she had checked on my application online, to no avail, and that they had gotten word this morning that the board had been delayed and had not met yet. I don't know if that applies to everyone, or just the R4 district (TN, AR, KY,etc.). Thought I'd throw it out there...

Talked to my LT this morning. He got direct word that the SNA boards have been bumped back, and that they should meet next week. He said that, hopefully, we should expect a decision sometime first week of April. Basically, blows any chance we all had of going to OCS in Pensacola.

Well that is good to hear for me so I can stop staring at my phone trying to will a good call from my recruiter.
I frankly do not want to be in Pensacola during the summer, RI would be much nicer, although winters in RI wont be fun either.
Maybe there were two boards this month because I already got word last week?

I found out on Monday (March 19th) that I was pro rec'd for SNA and I was told that the board met on March 9th.....
I talked to my recruiter here in Columbia, SC this afternoon....While I'm not convinced he's completely organized and on top of things as well as he should be, he did tell me that the March SNA/NFO boards haven't met yet, and he hadn't gotten word on exactly when they would be meeting. So your guys' guess is as good as mine with what the hell is going on. I guess the wait continues....
I heard there is another board either this Friday or Monday... not sure if my recruiter knows what he is talking about though...

I got a call this morning from my processor to let me know that CNRC says I'm too big to fit in any cockpit. He thought this was absurd cause I'm not big (through the anthro measurements, not weight since I only weigh 150.) So he asked me to come down today, which I did, to redo them and my arm and length legs were all wrong so we resubmitted them back.
I don't know if that means the board met, or anything, but someone was looking at my application and called the processor to let them know there was an issue. Hopefully this means the board is a) meeting and b) not pushing my application back another month since we resubmitted them within a few hours of notice.

The offical answer I just got was that there were too many applications to be reviewed for march and my package got pushed back to the april boards. Looks like another month of sleepless nights and staring at the phone
