Fallujah Battle vids

Not this video, but the other one mentioned in this forum was talking about Capt. Chontosh. He was the CO of India company (I can't remember the Batt./Reg.) in Fallujah on his last tour in OIF. He earned the Navy Cross for killing approximately 23 Iraqi insurgents by himself after coming under fire and taking cover in an Iraqi machine gun trench (the closest micro terrain around). It aired on Fox news and was called "The Heroes of India Company". I highly suggest you get a copy somehow. It is similar footage, but way more motto! He actually is an academic instructor at TBS now and taught my class on MOUT (military operations on urban terrain) today. He is good to go and is definitely the most motivating instructor here. I'm an air contract and would drop it in a second if I could follow this Marine into comabt!

this is the only footage i have found. The poem he reads as follows:
What is the price of freedom?
A Marine knows all to well.
It can be just the average hitch,
Or in the bowels of hell.
The cost we know is staggering,
And each man pays his price.
Some with just a few short years,
Some pay with their life.
Each time I see our flag unfurled,
I thank God I'm standing there.
And know whatever price is paid,
I willingly paid my share.

Amazing how the marines keep calm during it all
Has anyone here actually been in battle? I have not and I'm interested in how much training takes a part in their demeanor. I have read many books on the recent wars and fear is always a factor, yet all the battle footage i've seen has shown these guys appear fearless, or at the very least, they never lose their bearing.
