I read this post, clicked on the link... I read the street address, the area code, and all of the neat home details, even the city (Ames) but I still have no idea where the FVCK this is, the state is listed nowhere.

Ever thought of keeping it and renting it out? There are a TON of college kids in Lames who want to live off campus and get into a house. I'm switching leases this year and am having an AWFUL time trying to find a different house - everything is for sale only.

You have real estate in a college town. This is something that generally will never depreciate and, no matter what the economy, will always been in demand (people will always be going to ISU)
