Motorcyles and Scooters, Oh My!

Back home after an 1100 mile trip around Lake Erie. The Gordie Howe bridge was an amazing piece of modern engineering. SW Ontario was very pleasant - hit the Toronto/Hamilton Metro area and enjoyed cool scenery and culture, then off to The Falls of Niagara, then Buffalo, Laka Chautauqua, Western PA, then Home! Experiencing beautiful and interesting places on a motorbike is truly amazing.

Since I’m 62.5 and will probably be even more beat-down soon, I gave a trike the old college try at a local H-D dealership today…H-D Freewheeler 114…very weird…especially in the turns/curves.

On a positive note, it is possible to order custom rear Cragar S/S rims and do rear Mickey Thompson tires…that would be super cool imho since that’s what dudes did in the 1970s while growing up in rural Wisconsin…
