My OR is having problems submitting my SF86 because of my previous clearence.

WOW! Your story sounds exactly like mine. I was also Pro-Rec'd in OCT. I am prior service as well. I filled out the SF 86 and it was rejected as well! Only recently have I jumped ship and things started to really role for me again. That being said my OR worked his butt off trying to figure out what I needed to do. It turns out he is just having them accept the SF 86 and open up an investigation for me. The reason he is having me do the SF 86 is that my current clearance expires in a few months. I think that is currently helping me out. I just completed all of this within the past week or two. I should be expecting my FS either later this week or sometime next week.

From my understanding if they didn't accept my SF 86 I would just have to do the paperwork for a re-investigation which I'm sure people on this board have done before. Apparently it isn't much different than the SF 86.

I am having the exact same issue. Has anyone found a solution to this problem so far? I am prior-service as well with an active secret clearance. My recruiter is having a problem submitting me for an SSBI (top secret) in JPAS. It keeps kicking back. I have been waiting well over 3 months now. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Do or do not... there is no try-Master Yoda
I'm having problems logging into NASIS and I was wondering if anyone could help me. When I try to log into NASIS to start the process for my background investigation I get this message:

"You do not have access to view the record and/or page selected.
If you believe this is an error please open a FootPrints ticket."

And when I look into the error I get this:

"HTTP Error 403.7 - Forbidden
The page you are attempting to access requires your browser to have a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) client certificate that the Web server recognizes."

Here are a list of solutions the site gives me:

"Contact the site administrator to obtain a valid client certificate for the Web site.
Try browsing to the page using HTTPS.
If you have a client certificate installed, check if it has expired or if the effective time has not been reached.
Verify that the root certificate is installed on the Web server."

Would I contact the site administrator or would my officer recruiter do that? I tried to log in with my mac and my step fathers pc and the same thing happened. I'm also prior enlisted and held a top secret clearance in the past, I'm not sure if that would affect my access to the site.
