probably exceeds BAH for O-1s and O-2s, but hot damn ... I lived in Lost Key and absolutely loved it. amazing spot.

No....... actually for Flt Studs, we offer discounts that allow for renting less than BAH ($1450). The minimum for is $3000 (Prob 2 studs) which is just $100 above, 3 studs is $4200 which is $150 less and for 4 - a full house (and Max full time occupancy) I offer it for $5400 which is $400 less.
Now for a military family on a long term lease it is a little high but I will negotiate something around $3000.
