Can someone recommend a good source of nautical/aviation books/ebooks/articles/websites that would help me study for the said portion of the astb? Thanks!
 
Go to the search function on the site and type in "astb" or "nautical" and a whole bunch of threads will pop up for you to look at. There is a lot of information on this site, especially astb related topics. Just search and read if there is a specific question that you need on a specific topic ask or feel free to pm me. I'm in the application process right now and just finished with the astb recently. Otherwise, good luck!
 
I have both ARCO and Barrons, and I gotta say Barrons covers everything in more depth than ARCO does. ARCO's only good for showing you the howto stuff. Thats just my opinion on the matter.

Also the practice tests in Barrons is far better.
