Does your command have an officer that is designated to assist? Have you asked your CCC? Have you followed the 1420.1b and what designator are you applying for as that will help with some of the other questions.

Ask your CCC and find an officer mentor willing to help you. Lots of resources at your disposal instead of asking random strangers in the internet to help.
