Its called advertising. We all don't get two hot blonds in swim suits when we buy a new car, beer, etc. We all don't buy Corvettes, or Ford GTs but it gets folks into the show room or creates a positive affinity. When you are looking to buy that Jag the salesman doesn't tell you how much just routine maintenance costs for it. Recruiters lying is not acceptable, but, if someone is not smart enough to figure out that not everyone is a SEAL, or fighter pilot in the Navy then they deserve to be where ever they end up.
