As further clarification, Norwich is one of the six Senior Military Colleges, the others being Virginia Tech, Texas A&M, The Citadel, VMI and North Georgia College & State University. These schools all have a full-time corps of cadets which is technically separate from their ROTC programs - some of them do not require their cadets to be in ROTC programs. It's all on wikipedia.
