Newbie With Question About Flight School

I'm at Miramar right now. I should be transfering into ucsd here in the near future. I might be joining the ROTC unit over at USD. I still need to make a few phone calls though. I think it might also too be late this year. So I'll have to shoot for next year. Given my situation though, I might just send out a BDCP app.
