Deployment lengths are the same as any other member of the Marine Corps. Just 'cause you're a FO doesn't mean they're shorter or longer. As for your other question, yes Marine aircraft deploy on Navy ships. Prowlers and D's don't. Try using the search as this was answered yesterday.
