URL www.upenn.edu/nrotc/service/nfo.html is back up. Several days it was down. i sent the webmaster at UPENN an email notification and it seems to work ok now. Understand that the community section still under construction for now.

What are some of the best prep materials out there for NFO. I want to do the best that I possibly can so that hopefully I will have a better chance of getting the platform that I want. Thanks
