I’m in the same boat. I have had to jump through so many hoops to deal with medical. I have yet another appointment on Tuesday. I don’t believe I will need a waiver but just trying to work with the Lt who will not sign my precom physical without further information from a specialist has been difficult. Thank goodness the board my recruiter is submitting my package for doesn’t convene until 14FEB. But between the medical delay and having to retake the OAR (first go around was a 46, recruiter wants me to do better) I hope I can make it to the board and I am competitive enough when I do. But I am stressing! For what it's worth I am a Tricare dependent (my husband is active duty) so I would have thought they'd have access to the majority of my adult records. All of the records requested were things that I self-reported in my prescreen, they just didn't ask for the records all at once and so it has prolonged it even further out. Like a minor day surgery procedure for example. I reported it. They didn't ask for records. They requested records for something different, then a month later they asked for records from that surgery. It's been stuff like that. I would have gladly submitted all of this upfront. They haven't discovered anything I didn't report to them. Not to my knowledge anyways. I tried to cover everything and just tackle it from the get-go.
An OAR of 46 or 66 makes no difference, it is your professional background (degree and GPA) that will get you selected.I’m in the same boat. I have a BS in none of the preferred degrees (but I do meet the math credit requirements) with a 3.9 GPA.An OAR of 46 or 66 makes no difference, it is your professional background (degree and GPA) that will get you selected.
A high GPA will get you noticed.I have a BS in none of the preferred degrees (but I do meet the math credit requirements) with a 3.9 GPA.
Can any active duty personnel access the share point or one has to be working at NPC to access it . If active duty personnel can , can you please share the link to the share point ?Sharepoint-N3 -N311 documents
Awesome! Would you suggest I even give it a second try? My husband is active duty, I work full time, and I have a 9 month old and a two year old. Carving out a good time to study is incredibly difficult. It would be a relief to only have to tackle the medical portion of this delay. Thank you for the great advice!A high GPA will get you noticed.

SWO doesn't take much time look at applications, they like aviation spend just a minute or two on each one and are almost always done with the "picking" part in one day, Supply takes time looking at each application and is more thorough.Has anyone heard anything?
Apparently the SWO board met on ~11/6 and some of the applicants mentioned results were shared earlier today.
Hopefully we are not too far behind..
