This is correct.I had heard if it's too cold, there's an indoor, smaller track that we'll be running around 20 or so times to hit the mile and a half. I could be wrong though.

Good thing I'm "old" and get "bonus" minutes . Hopefully I won't need them. We will adapt and overcome.
I also just got pushed back into this class I was all set to go to OCS on the 4th for class 06-19. Security snafu also like Calidude. Well, gotta cancel the hotel and re-book a new date. The wife will love having me home for Thanksgiving at least....
That's rough man, but welcome to the new class. I had a room at the Navy Lodge for the 3-4th, but they are allegedly full up for the 24th-25th last I checked unfortunately. There is Thanksgiving at least. I'm a little concerned I'll get bumped again; I have yet to interview. Here's to hoping.
I immediately booked a new room after I got the call from my OR (11/1) and had no problems cancelling/booking, but mine was at the NGIS (Navy Gateway Inn and Suites) which is also on base, but a a bit nicer imo. He told me the bump was put on my process/package the 26th and since I had my interview the 24th (my birthday ironically), it wasn't enough time to fully process the rest of the shenanigans and get me in. I also hope I only have a 3 week delay and this doesn't end up becoming 6/9/12 etc. weeks. I would be pushing that interview because obviously having it done ~1 week before OCS isn't enough time for sufficient processing for the rest of the paperwork apparently....That's rough man, but welcome to the new class. What is TNPQ'd?I'm currently in student pool, having been TNPQ'd from 04-19. If you guys have any questions about this place or about OCS, ask away.
Temporarily Not Physically Qualified. I got injured badly enough to get sent home - not permanently, luckily. What is TNPQ'd?
Sheesh that's rough be fortunate you get another crack at it. So 'Student pool' is what like people in similar situations? How far did you get through training? Do you have to start over or you just pick up where you left off?Temporarily Not Physically Qualified. I got injured badly enough to get sent home - not permanently, luckily.
I got injured pretty early on in indoc. Student pool has attrites, DORs, NPQs, TNPQs, and OCS grads who are waiting on waivers, security clearances, or orders. Unfortunately for me, I’m getting fully separated from the Navy, so I’ll be starting from day 0. Fortunately for me, OTCN staff seems eager to have me back, and I’m practically already recovered. I just have to wait out a mandatory wait period.Sheesh that's rough be fortunate you get another crack at it. So 'Student pool' is what like people in similar situations?
