I was talking about your PRT/PFT marks. So you averaged 7 min miles for 3 miles after "having not ran or anything in a good while... ?" Also, 20 pull-ups and 98 crunches is very high for the same reason. Maybe you could do that, maybe you were a cross-country star in HS and worked on pull-ups and crunches your whole adult-life, and then took "a good while" off and were still able to get those scores: it's just difficult to believe. As for cutting 3 more minutes from a 21 min 3 mile, that will be difficult to say the least.
Hmm.. That’s kinda different from what they were saying.. They were kinda poking fun at me because I couldn’t get the 100 crunches, which according to them, is suppose to be a give me... As far as pull-ups I have a bar in my room and do a couple every time I walk under it but I haven’t strength trained in a while.. I have always been a decent runner... We have a track at school but I don’t get out there as often as I should.
Sorry if it came off I was trying to sound macho or something that was not my intention... Instead of saying “I haven’t ran or anything in a good while” I should have probably said I don’t run or workout near as much as I should or used to. I am just an average 160lb kid trying to give myself the best chances of getting into flight school. I just wanted to know if it was normal for a recruiter to not give a PRT before applying and if I should ask for one.
edit: I did the same thing (Posted as you edited).. I am also applying for SNA. Ill try to find someone to give it to me.. Thanks.
