He will tell you to contact NRC, they have no part in the process for the kit to get to board.
Anytime I have seen an NRD push to get a kit to board that just missed not good things often happen, such as a kit sent back due to to a form "not clear", those processors can be interesting sometimes.

I also applied for this board. Current active duty, MT3 on submarines. OAR 53, GPA 2.59, Interviews all from supply officers O6, O5, O5 and O4.
Submitted my package on the 6th, how do you guys know if your package as sent up, all I received was a reply from the ocsapplications@navy.mil that they got my package. I have been doing my package on my own due to the lack of knowledge on my CCC's part and the unwillingness to help. Good luck to everyone.

I know exactly what you mean. I did my entire package with no help (except scheduling the interviews). As for verification, I was in communication with Ted Williams at the OCS Help Desk and he verified that my application had been processed to be sent to the Supply board.
What is your major?
I think the recruiters on here usually put it somewhere around 20% or less. They will probably get on here and give you a real answer. When I spoke with the Supply Community Manager, he said that the last few boards have been between 17% and 25%.
I'm interested to learn how many people normally apply for each board.

Yeah it was a bit frustarting trying to go to my command for anything involving my package. Do you have a number for Ted Williams?
My major is a BS in Industrial Technology.
I don't personally have the number. But it is at the end of Chapter 4 in the 1420.1B. That's the number for the OCS Help Desk and he is the Fleet Processor. I don't know if he picks up at that number or not. He is also the one who replies to the emails as far as I know.

If you got an email stating that they received your package then as long as there are no errors and all the information is there it will go up for the next upcoming board... But stay on top of it. I ended up missing a board because one of the back pages were missing from evals and I guess they forgot to email me to send in the eval and when I called my packaged missed the board because information was missing. I ended up sending it in and it was automatically submitted for the next supply board. The number that jmeff is referring to is going to be your POC for the entire time of submitting packages up until you receive your orders to go to OCS. So you can call them and ask them any questions regarding your package, if the board convened ect... So don't be afraid to contact them. As active duty you are most certainly on your own due to the lack of knowledge for OCS. Not to mention, civilians have Officer Recruiters to handle their packages whereas active duty does not and the processors understand that. I'm not an expert but if you need any help with anything let me know. Ted Williams is not the only one that answers the phone, there are a group of processors that work at the OCS Helpdesk so you can get information from any of them.. they will just ask for your social to check the status of your package. Also you will be notified via BOL whether or not you got picked up. I'm not sure what the acceptance rate is.. but I def think it could be a bit more difficult for people that are already on active duty or so I've been told that by multiple supply officers. On a side note, not sure if you guys are aware of this but if you get picked up, before you leave for OCS you have to obliserve for 4 years. I wasn't aware of this. I understand there is a minimum requirement of 4 years as a commissioned officer which is perfectly fine, but I'm confused as to why we have to obliserve (ENLISTED) for four years before we can leave. That means in the event that I don't make it through OCS, I have already re-enlisted for another 4 years.. just a piece of information that is left out of the 1420.

I'm active duty Army, not Navy. I technically have to go through my recruiter for information, but I messaged that email that was provided and they told me that my packet hadn't been submitted. I'm going to email them tomorrow to find out if my recruiter was telling the truth that my packet would still make it to the board on time.
