Well that's the one thing I was worried about my OAR was only a 44. I was hoping my MBA and GPA would out weigh it along with being priot service. Plus I have my LORs from O6 and O5s.

Are you a civilian? If so, I don't know, call your recruiter. If you are reserve or active, check BOL.

I don't know when that might come out, message has not even hit the main message trafficking system.

only NRC personnel will get that info via email, no info is sent out via message traffic, and with the new way results are being put out OR's should have that info 24 hours after info is posted for AD on BOL.
