NROTC application

hi i have been looking into going to college through the NROTC program and becoming a pilot once i get out, but i am a little bit confused on as to what to do in order to get there. If someone could tell me the steps and what happens from when you apply to getting into the college with the NROTC that would be very appreciated.

Start here. This will explain basic things like eligibility and the application process. Bottom line is that you have to get accepted by both the college AND earn the NROTC scholarship to the same program. If you don't get the scholarship, you can still do NROTC at a given college by paying your own way and competing for a scholarship while already in college.

Well, this could the reason you are confused

i understand the 0 tolerance the navy has for drugs, and im certainly not going to do it during the NROTC, but right now i still have the time to do things before i need to shape up for the navy. i just wanted to know when they do the drug test.

....if you'd shape up now, you might not be confused.
