OCS 10APR2023 SWO BOARD

Did you submit a SWO package for 10APR2023 Board?

Does anyone know in general how boards feel about how an applicant ranks their choices? For example, would the board rather chose someone with a lower OAR and GPA who put SWO as #1 or someone with a higher GPA and OAR with SWO as #2?

Well, no one really cares about the OAR so don't worry about that. If you put a designator 1 or 2 then you should be fine.

Has anyone gotten any feedback on timing for notification? I am looking any where between 2-12 weeks but wondering if anyone else has gotten any more info.

There’s never advance notice on when results come out. You can check out previous boards to ballpark / estimate how long results will take.
