Goodmorning Everyone, I need a little help...

I'm currently in A school, trying to print out a checklist from the mynavyhr page under commissioning programs to start my process of applying to OCS, I cant open the hyperlink that is:
"N33 Officer Applicant Coversheet and Quality Assurance Checklist"

This Checklist provides me with what i need to gather my packet submission for OCS is there another way to see what I need to have for applying to OCS?

If you are looking for the checklist look for this.

Why didn't you apply before going into the USN as enlisted? Applying as enlisted has many more hoops to jump through.
