Hey everybody,

I'm curious where you can see the upcoming board schedule for OCS applications. Specifically I'm looking for the September-November tim frame. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks for the link. My preferences in order are SNO/SNFO/IW. I've been working in the IW community for 5 years. If I submit my package in time for the Oct IDC board in October and I'm not selected, would my package be reviewed at the following SNA/SNFO board? Would I have to resubmit? Thanks again for any info.

Your package will be looked at....the only way your package doesnt move on is if you are selected for your number 1 choice....if your package went to the SNA board first and you were selected for that, then it wouldnt go to the IW board....but because IW isnt your first choice your package will go to the NFA board regardless...

The IDC October board has been moved to 11AUG2013...Confirmed. But I do not know the deadline, it might be that of 17th July as NavyOffRec said...to give like 2 to 3 weeks before the board for paperwork etc. I communicated with Fleet Processor yesterday

Do you have any contact with a IW officer that's willing to do an interview over the phone? There only 75 Navy personnel where I'm at and we don't have IW officer. TIA.

My recruiter indicated 17July as the submission deadline for the moved-up IDC board in August when we spoke last week.

Does anyone know when SNA/SNFO will open for submissions again? Based on this document, it seems they should have opened for submissions on the 20th, but may not issue a decision for those individuals until around December.

I would caution everyone about this schedule, I have doubts this is going to be very accurate given what has gone on this year, and the communities with the smallest numbers have the most boards? either they are going to be few at each board or cancel the ones they don't need which has happened before and without notice.

Thanks, that makes me feel better. Hopefully I won't have to wait until December to see if I can get a pro-rec letter. I called Navy Recruiting Command's OCS office and the woman there said that while this is the official draft, it is still only a draft.

From the fleet processor, the IDC is closed out for the AUg 2013 rescheduled board. I'm not sure what that mean.
If someone knows, please explain.
