If you applied for a LASIK waiver for SNA, would it get cleared at Newport or during your NAMI Physical down in Pensacola?

I can't remember all the exact details, but I remember having to wait for NAMI to rubber stamp it once I got to Pensacola. I definitely had to go see them with all my PRK paperwork when I got to Pcola. It's possible there was some type of preliminary approval from the NRD or OCS, but I still have copies of my original PRK stuff stamped by the NAMI doc.
