Good day, I'm currently applying for OCS (Applying For Supply Corps & SWO) and would like to know my chances of being selected. I've taken the OAR twice already and I am hesitant to attempt a third time. What factors should I consider in my application?

Age: 30
GPA: 3.93 (Supply Chain Management)
OAR: 40 (2nd attempt) 32 (1st attempt)
Total Active Duty: 7 Years, 10 Months
Appraisals: 2 O-6(SC),1 O-5(SC), 1 O-4(SWO)
Current Rate/Rank: LS1
Evals: 3 Consecutive EP's

Thank you in advance.

Welcome to the forums. Take the time to search around the various posts, particularly the supply corps board pages to find your answer.

Good luck!

You should look to improve that OAR as much as possible that will make your package extremely competitive after that. Everything for me is the same except I have a 60 OAR and 10 years TIS.

I want to give myself time to study for it since it'll be my 3rd and last time taking it. I also don't want to miss the next board.

Just apply, the last thing you want to do is take the test a third time and score worse, then you will be wondering if you could have been picked up with what you currently have.

My personal advice is to not be paralyzed wanting to take the extra time to study and try to get a better OAR, or not be paralyzed wanting to submit your package with your current scores. Your career history and GPA speak a lot for your character while the OAR ostensibly speaks for your capacity.

I don't think either option is a bad one for you, just have the grace to accept that trying to do both might not work out as well as one or the other.
