That's a great question. My understanding from my command (which is a NRD) is that they will have access tomorrow and can contact applicants. Again, that is hearsay from someone in my command that is an OR.

Usually when they first person gets results, candidates are advised to give recruiters 1-2 business days to get results.

We aren't sure if the person actually got results though, @EricD never said if he received a prorec yes or no. It's sounding like he received an email only stating that the results are out and not what he received. I've read hours of OCS forums on here and never heard of an applicant only receiving an email and no actual results.
