October-ish 2015 Pilot/NFO Rolling Board

Alright, OR says I am in! Here are my basics:

22, applying for NFO
3.677, BS Biology, Ohio State
56 6/6/5

Keeping busy in the meantime, racing Ironman in 12 days and then recovering for (hopefully!) OCS!

Hey submit your packet!!! True Story I have a friend who just completed NFO program his astb scores was 36 4/5/6 he got picked up! Just words of encouragement

"Some data from this board: 127 applicants for Pilot. 120 selects. (94.5% selection rate). Of the 127, 12 came from active-enlisted (fleet).
There were 19 NFO-only applicants. 16 were selected. 2 of 19 applicants came from the fleet."

before PQ's were needed it would not be uncommon to see 200 plus applications for pilot.

The board that would have picked people to fill the end of FY would have been in March timeframe.

He pulled the same thing on those of us waiting for the Feb board. He said Feb 29. Several of us felt stupid. But there is hope, shortly after he said that we started getting solid rumors of a date that turned out to be true. Good luck to all of you! Oh, and the past couple of aviation boards have had pretty good selection rates for both pilot and NFO. I believe the last board that had a low pickup rate was in July of 2014 (searching the threads does wonders).
