Frozen Hellscape Survivor
Check the tabs at the bottom. I think it opens by default to a different board. Is that open to anyone because I would like to add my stats. Also it looks like that's from a past board

Ehh, I feel like this disclaimer need posted every time the spreadsheet gets link to. I look at the form as a way to just keep aggregated data together, rather than trying to derive any meaningful pattern out of it.I might be stating the obvious here, but ASTB scores are just one piece of the puzzle. Keeping track of what people scored, and trends of what gets selected are going to give a false idea of what it takes to be a SNA/SNFO/ or any other commissioned officer. Somebody could have a perfect score, but have other circumstances that keep them from actually being selected. Meanwhile, somebody with just the minimum scores might be a "rock star" in other areas such as leadership. I guess I am coming at this with the perscpective of somebody who has been enlisted for some time and already have years of experience to lean on. In the end, we are all at the mercy of how many billets are actually available versus the number of applicants.
For the next board, hopefully the quotas are high and we all make our way to OCS!

When aviation boards are competitive 25-75 percent selection rate history has shown that the ASTB trumps all others, example Div 1 athlete good GPA but has minimal PFAR is a non select while a guy with a 2.9 and just went to college with PFAR or 8 is selected, if this was SWO I would expect the outcome to be reversed.
I'll definitely check with my recruiter. Thank you.RUFi0181 or NOPO might be able to clarify but I thought they put the "6 months before graduation" rule back into effect.
Yup.. I stated this when I posted the spreadsheet!! I'm sure by now we're all aware that selection is based off the whole person concept..Ehh, I feel like this disclaimer need posted every time the spreadsheet gets link to. Sir, quick question: does NOPO have a select number of billets for prior enlisted for each board? A mentor of mine (prior 06 CO) told me that however, he has been retired for some time now.. thanksNext SNA/SNFO board still scheduled no earlier than October 1st. Sorry for falling off the deep end, but it's been fairly quiet passing any sort of officer related news.

The problem is when new people drop into the thread. They just likely haven't had time to read and catch up. #1 rule of internet etiquette is search and read before posting. That said, given the nature of the forum, this isn't "how do I fix my wireless card" but "I have this one question about a future career." I would seriously contribute to an AW wiki if one existed, even if my contribution was nothing more than formatting and layout.Yup.. I stated this when I posted the spreadsheet!! From casual observation, I would guesstimate no more than 10% or less. Almoat none during OCS (no time), quite a few check in occasionally while in API and Primary, gjvjng tips/answering questions concerning phases they have completed, housing, to upcoming SNAs/SNFOs. This feedback is very helpful.@BusyBee604 et al, I have a question. What would you say the percentage of people who come to AW, get help the the process, interact, get picked up (for whichever designator they were trying for) go to OCS and then they are never heard from again, whether they DOR'd, were PDQ from NAMI, or just never posted again?

Once in Advanced, on through FRS, and the fleet, most probably too busy to play on AW!,
