I had this thought cross my mind a few times why I was waiting. I would think that if you submitted your kit prior to the deadline, you should be fine.

Ya I asked my recruiter and he texted me October 2nd and said my kit was in and the program manager had it for review.

But my kit has been in since September and it still says "ProBoard" in the system....anyone?

I don't think PROBOARD means your not on. PROBOARD is the last status before your Pro-rec; your file just probably hasn't been updated yet.
