again.. any and every marine with above a 50 has been getting jets for at least the last eight weeks, pretty much whether they wanted them or not.. when i selected april 3, a navy cat got meridian with a 52. the week before a dude got it with a 55.. this is out of vt28 who notoriously take the worst hits (and we still had our fare share of a$$holes).

That was what we were told (VT3) last February. My NSS never moved. A buddy's NSS in VT6 got changed many points upward and the studs I knew at Corpus got their scores dropped. Maybe this all stems from estimating errors on the account of the squadrons. .. couldn't really say. An NSS by it's very nature takes into account the last 200 classes. .A raw score, however does not. There were cases of higher raw scores in the same selection getting assigned lower NSS scores from different squadrons .. Is any of this in your/our control?? NOPE! Practice more; study more; love what you get.

I've heard the same said about 53 drivers in comparison to snake drivers coming out of advanced. No malice both platforms work equally hard just different.

70 NSS is like 4 standard deviations from the mean. Jesus Christ might get a 70 coming out of Primary, but only because he can fly without an airplane. 50 is avg, 55 is pretty good, 60 is extremely good.
