It seems its all about timing. There's a lot of people on short or indefinate leases right now because they have their homes being reconstructed or they are roofers that are living temporarly in apartment complexes while fixing the roofs there. I managed to get an apartment today from a complex that didn't have one expected to be ready for at least three weeks. Its a good deal and in just about the part of town I wanted distance wise from everywhere else.

IFT2O - where in San Antonio are you selling? Can you give me an idea of how long you were in P'Cola and when thru your training you moved to San Antonio and how long you were there? Are you going to P3's? I am guessing by the name you were a IFT, where were you? I was in VP-45 and am going to be heading down to P'Cola in a few months.

House for Rent in P'cola

I am currently leaving Pensacola this weekend and I know that the House I'm leaving will be up for Rent soon (I don't own it). It is 3 Bed 2 Bath (Approx. 1400sqft), $825 and is great if you have depedents. The Fenced in back yard is still damaged from Ivan, but may be fixed soon. It's only a few years old. Nice quite area with the exception of I-10 just beyond the backyard but it isn't bad. It is a 2 min drive to University Mall and a 3 min drive from the Davis on-ramp to I-10. I'm selling in P-Cola outside back gate and I have been at Randolph since OCT04. That is correct, I was an IFT, I was in VP-9 from 1995-2000 and up in PAX River from 2000-2003.
